Below is perhaps the quickest way of adding a Watermark to a pdf !
I was looking for a quick and easy way to add a watermark to a pdf document.
I looked up a few tools , there's one available in Adobe Acrobat Professional 9. However, you need to be a licensed user in order to avail the above.
I did some research and came across this fantastic tool! Do give it a try when you have to!
Here's a quick way to add a Watermark to your pdf document!
It's a cloud based service , so all you have to do is :
1) Upload your file
2) Adjust your Watermark related settings
3) Download the "watermarked" file .
Best part is , it's a free service.
So here's a quick tutorial on how to go about this.
1) Go to the following site :
https://pdfaid.com/watermark.aspx
2) Here's a screen shot of what you would see.
3) Select the pdf file you wish to upload.
4) Next fill in the following fields :
I've summarized the most important ones below :
If you wish to have a watermark, going across each page, spanning from the left to the right , specify the options as below :
5) Click on "Watermark PDF". That's the big orange button you see in the screen shot above.
6) You will then be prompted to view/download your saved pdf, with a prompt as below.
Here click on the "Click Here" hyperlink highlighted in blue.
7) The "watermarked" pdf will open in a browser tab or a new window.
8) Depending on the browser , do ahead and download the pdf.
