Here's a rather simple way of deleting a post from a Facebook group.
1) Go to
2. You should now be able to view all your group posts (you can filter by category of activity) as follows :
Click on "All/Your posts" in the left hand log pane, to filter out only the posts you've made.
Also, make use of the very useful "yearly" filters provided in the right hand pane.
3. Now , locate the post you want to delete.
Go ahead and delete your comment by performing the following steps!
4. Now click on the edit symbol (the pen like icon) to the extreme right of the above picture, and click on Delete!
5. Yous post should now be deleted.

click on the activity log on your profile page.
You can find your username as follows :
1.1) Click on your "Name" that appears in the Title bar of your Facebook page.
1.2) Now, your address bar should be seeing something of this sort in your address bar.

1.3) So substitute "anna.williams" for your corresponding USERNAME i.e. pick up this URL and paste it into your address bar.https://www.facebook.com/anna.williams/allactivity2. You should now be able to view all your group posts (you can filter by category of activity) as follows :
